Established in September 2019, Bing Chang Tian Lingang Kindergarten is one of the members of the Bing Chang Tian education group and is located in downtown Lin-gang Special Area, in East China's Shanghai.

It operates its Xiali and its Yihao campuses which enjoy beautiful surroundings, a full range of equipment and rich educational resources. A total of 30 classes can be accommodated in the two campuses.
