Bing Chang Tian Di Shui Hu Kindergarten, which opened in September 2010, is a public kindergarten directly administered by the Education Bureau of Pudong New Area.

The kindergarten covers more than 8,000 square meters, with a construction area of 5,500 square meters and a scale of 15 classes.

With comprehensive facilities, the kindergarten offers a pleasant environment. The regional classrooms provide a relaxed learning environment for children to operate freely.
