Lingang New City Haiyin Kindergarten, founded in August 2008, is located in the main city of Nanhui New Town in Pudong New Area, Shanghai. It is the first kindergarten in Nanhui New Town.

In 2012, it successfully passed acceptance as a first-class kindergarten in Shanghai.

The open, independent, healthy and happy goals of running the kindergarten emphasize the independent management of teachers to promote the harmonious development of the kindergarten, to stimulate the innovative potential of teachers based on all kinds of professional training, to give full play to the value of environmental education and to create a happy campus atmosphere, to make full use of parents' resources to integrate education linkages, to create an open campus culture, and to build a brand of modern young citizens.
