2. Application of general data catalogue: Users of such data can file for records with the Lin-gang Special Area Administrative Committee and free data flow is allowed under regulation.
3. Update of general data catalogue:

-- The general data catalogue will become invalid automatically if a scenario-based important data catalogue is issued.
---- Supervision: The Lin-gang Special Area Administrative Committee conducts routine supervision, inspection and spot checks on cross-border data activities made by data users.
---- Punishment for violations: Users' failure to strictly follow regulations or violations will lead to immediate suspension or termination of cross-border data flow enforced by the Lin-gang Special Area Administrative Committee. Corrections and a new filing are required if the user needs to continue cross-border data flow.
