Global Talent Expo held in Lin-gang Special Area
A high-profile recruitment event called the Global Talent Expo was held on April 15 in the Lin-gang Special Area – located in East China's Shanghai – attracting more than 10,000 talent to participate online.
Overseas students from Cornell University in the US, the London School of Economics and Political Science in the UK, Goethe University Frankfurt in Germony and more sent their resumes to their favorite companies in the Lin-gang Special Area.
The Lin-gang Special Area, together with HR outsourcing consultancy Shanghai Foreign Service (Group) Co Ltd, launched the GTEP Global Talent Program - a one-stop recruitment service aiming at attracting overseas people.
GTEP stands for Global Talent Exchange Program and it reportedly attracts international talent - with coverage of a number of countries such as the US, Germany, France, Singapore and Japan.
The activity engaged with overseas universities through a point-to-point mode. Its publicity and marketing have drawn the attention of a large number of international students.
