Lin-gang's T3 hydrogen public tram starts trial operations
The new Lin-gang T3 public tram, which boasts a larger passenger capacity than a bus – running from Caoxuan Road to Feidu Road – recently started trial operations, with no fares for passengers.

The line – in the Lin-gang Special Area in East China's Shanghai – is powered by hydrogen energy, which fits in with the demand for green transportation.
It connects Situan town, Lingang Fengxian Park and the Lingang Heavy Equipment Industrial Area – providing multiple choices of transport for people in the industrial area and centralized residential district.
Ticket price: 2 yuan ($0.31) (It's free now and the introduction of the fare will be announced later.)
Payments: Cash, Shanghai traffic card, WeChat Pay or Alipay
Operating times:
Feidu Road Station: 6:40 am to 8:40 pm
Caoxuan Road Station: 6:00 am to 8:00 pm
The interval for departures is 20-25 minutes during peak hours and 20-28 minutes during off-peak hours.
