Shanghai Xingang Middle School – located in Shuyuan town, between Hangkong port and Shenshui port in East China – is managed by Nanhui No.2 Middle School. It has joined a consortium led by Shanghai East Experimental School – extending its school administration practices and thinking, its school culture, management targets and quality education. In August 2014, the school joined the education group of Nanhui No. 1 Middle School. At the same time, it cooperated with a basic education approach recommended by a school located in Finland – independently undertaking joint school running with cross-regional cooperation and cross-cultural communications and stepping onto the international education stage.
