The Shanghai Wusi School in the Fengxian district in Shanghai – is a nine-year public school located in the eastern area of Haiwan town. It teaches the full six years of primary school and three years of junior high school.

It has more than 15 teaching classes, 366 students and 47 staff. These include four senior teachers, 22 medium-grade teachers, 20 young teachers under the age of 35 and five teachers participating in the District Excellent Teacher Training Project. The full-time teachers all have standard degrees.

The school is on a site covering an area of 80,610 square meters. The school buildings have a floor space of 7,663 sq m and there is an outside green area of 60,123 sq m, with the green coverage covering an estimated 80.99 percent of the site, earning it the title of ecological garden and natural oxygen bar.
