Lin-gang's housing subsidy policy for talent in frontier industries
Eligibility
Eligible talent engaging in frontier industries such as IC, civil aviation, high-end equipment manufacturing, intelligent new energy vehicles, and the digital economy can apply for the housing subsidy when they first come to work and live in Lin-gang's industry-city integration area.

Application requirements
The applying enterprises must be key Lin-gang enterprises that engage in frontier industries, as recognized by the High-Tech Industry and Sci-Tech Innovation Division. They should meet the requirements regarding their place of business registration, operations, and tax payments, as well as relevant conditions for stabilizing employment and promoting development.
The applicants must have signed a labor contract of one year or more with the employer and have paid social insurance and individual income tax in accordance with relevant regulations. It must be the applicants' first time working and residing in the Lin-gang industry-city integration area. Furthermore, neither the applicants nor their family members have previously owned or purchased property within this region. In addition, they must continue working for the Lin-gang enterprise for at least two years after receiving the subsidy.
Application procedures
Enterprises and applicants must register through the talent service system. Applicants then submit the materials, which are subject to an initial review by the enterprises. Applications with all required supporting materials will be assessed to determine the subsidy amount, and the final list of eligible candidates will be published for a five-day public notice period before the subsidies are issued.
Term of validity
The policy is effective from Jan 1, 2026, to Dec 31, 2030.
