To support business growth and talent relocation, Harbour City Plaza in Shanghai's Lin-gang Special Area has established a science and innovation community within the Dishui Lake AI Innovation Hub.

Under the "Lin-gang, Your Innovation Partner" service concept, the community offers one-stop services for tech startups, covering everything from attracting businesses to helping with living needs.

A new fund targeting seed-stage and early-stage companies developing in Lin-gang was established in May. About 200 million yuan ($28.14 million) will be spent in innovative pilot projects and R&D projects annually.

As a core hub for AI industry development in Lin-gang, Harbour City Plaza focuses on key sectors including software and information technology, automotive electronics, and data services. It has fostered a strong industrial cluster, with over 300 leading enterprises and more than 5,000 innovation and technology professionals settled.

Supported by professional services from the community's dedicated work team, enterprises have grown from startups into industry leaders, and technological breakthroughs have transitioned from R&D to market application.
