Shanghai's Lin-gang Special Area recently witnessed the launch of the Link Center, a one-stop service center for enterprises residing in the Scientific and Technological Innovation Headquarters Bay. The center is set to inject vitality into the development of enterprises and talent services within the region.

The Headquarters Bay houses over 20 headquarters enterprises. These firms are highly concerned about the application and filing procedures for four types of facilities — outdoor signboards, signs, advertisements, and temporary advertisements.

To address this, the region's developer, Lingang Investment Holding Group, in collaboration with the Shanghai Tongji Urban Planning & Design Institute, introduced Shanghai's first comprehensive guidebook for the four types of facilities. A dedicated service session was held on Sept 1 to guide and answer questions posed by representatives from 11 enterprises.

The Link Center adopts a dual-track approach, combining standardized processing with customized services and covering over 90 percent of enterprises' most common needs. It offers 98 services across five domains: public governance, industrial economy, livelihood services, safety and emergencies, and government support, with continuous updates.

Moreover, the center provides online and on-site one-stop services, including a dedicated hotline and a service platform for enterprises, facilitating access to services such as building leasing, apartment rentals, property management, and policy matching. The initiative marks a significant step towards optimizing Lin-gang's business environment.
