Lin-gang connects OPCs with real-world business needs
Shanghai's Lin-gang Special Area held its first offline matchmaking event, connecting leading companies in the software and information technology sector with one-person companies (OPCs) to match real business needs with potential solutions.

More than 50 representatives from over 30 companies attended the event, marking a key step in the area's effort to foster closer collaboration between industrial and innovation chains.
Five companies, including Shanghai LinkWise Data Intelligence and China Telecom's Shanghai branch, presented business challenges in areas such as urban operations data analysis and AI agent development, while OPC representatives responded to the calls by proposing tailored solutions, delivery timelines, and collaboration models.
In August, Lin-gang released 25 business scenarios across software and information technology, digital culture, intelligent connectivity, cross-border data, and livestream marketing sectors under a "call-and-response" model. The initiative addresses a two-way mismatch by helping large companies source solutions for fragmented tasks and giving OPCs greater access to commercial opportunities.
More matchmaking events will be held on a regular basis, bringing leading companies to Lin-gang's five OPC communities and four dedicated OPC zones for targeted, sector-specific sessions.
