Lin-gang Special Area's first humanoid robot retail store, Sense MartGo, has now opened at the Digital Economy Industrial Park.

Dressed in a pink T-shirt, the robot can welcome customers, recommend products, retrieve and deliver goods, and organize items on shelves, taking on both customer-facing services and routine store operations.

The interaction does not necessarily end when the purchase is complete. Customers can also shake hands with the robot or pose for a heart gesture together, adding a touch of personal interaction to an otherwise ordinary shopping trip.

The store currently offers a selection of conventional snacks and drinks. Customers can stop by for an afternoon drink or pick up a quick bite during the break. More offerings are on the way, including oden, breakfast items, and popcorn.
