The first nine tenant enterprises, spanning frontier sectors such as data services, AI, and the internet, recently signed agreements to establish operations at the Digital Intelligence · Geek Harbor of Lin-gang Technology Innovation Center. 

As one of the first sci-tech innovation communities dedicated to one-person companies (OPCs) in the Lin-gang Special Area, Geek Harbor focuses on two key tracks: software and information services, and intelligent connected technologies.

An official from the Data Division at Lin-gang Special Area Administration outlined the latest policies for the data sector, highlighting support in areas including dedicated funding, access to application scenarios, and talent recruitment and cultivation.

A comprehensive service system was also unveiled the same day, drawing on the operational expertise of the Lin-gang Technology Innovation Center, a national incubator, as its foundation. Meanwhile, the OPC community allows micro-address registration, enabling open-plan workspaces and shared office areas to be used as business registration addresses.

The tenant enterprises can also connect with industry leaders and access resources from nine platforms easily. A five-stage growth pathway provides support at every step, helping one-person entrepreneurs move seamlessly from business registration and computing power to development tools and orders from key industry players.
