The Spartan Kids races are coming to Shanghai's Lin-gang Special Area from Sept 25 to 26. Young adventurers aged 4 to 14 are invited to take on an action-packed obstacle course that puts their strength, agility, and determination to the test.

Known for testing physical strength and building mental resilience, the Spartan race series brings the same spirit of challenge to its Kids races. While the focus is on fun, children can also develop grit and perseverance as they run, jump, climb, and crawl through a variety of age-appropriate obstacles.

The host venue, Lin-gang Four Seasons Eco Park, is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It offers a refreshing natural setting for the race, with a lake, three islands, and expansive tidal flats and wetlands. 

The relatively gentle terrain makes it a welcoming course for kids taking on their first Spartan challenge. For more experienced young racers, however, it puts a premium on speed, stamina, and energy management, giving them a chance to chase a new personal best.
