Two cutting-edge medical devices produced by Boston Scientific's Lin-gang factory have recently received approval from China's National Medical Products Administration.

The FARASTAR pulsed field ablation generator stands out as the fastest-authorized product among the company's localized manufacturing projects in China and will be sold in both domestic and overseas markets.

Unlike conventional heat- or cold-based ablation, the product uses short electrical pulses to target diseased tissue. This helps minimize damage to surrounding areas, making the procedure both more precise and safer. 

Meanwhile, the rapid approval of the new-generation Rezūm EVO Console makes China one of the world's first countries to launch the product.

The product uses thermal energy from water vapor to remove the excess prostate tissue causing benign prostatic hyperplasia symptoms. The minimally invasive procedure requires no incision and offers faster recovery. 

The new version features an upgraded 3D touchscreen interface, along with audio and visual prompts for more intuitive operation. Its compact design is also suited to outpatient and day-surgery settings.
