As a leading enterprise in China's digital cultural and creative sector, COL has amassed more than 5.6 million digital content IP resources and a vast pool of original creators. With end-to-end capabilities in IP incubation, AI content production, and multilingual global distribution, it is a benchmark in taking Chinese culture global.

The company will set up a digital culture base in Lin-gang to develop content for overseas markets. Its AIGC content creation and global operation center will produce AI-generated content, adapt it into different languages, manage overseas market operations, and rely on local advantages in computing power and cross-border data flows.

A digital content talent cultivation base is also planned. It will work with universities and industrial institutions to provide hands-on training, fostering versatile professionals in AI content creation and international operations.
