Longsys' Shanghai headquarters has already relocated to the bay, located in the city's Lin-gang Special Area, with a team of over 400 R&D and operations professionals working on enterprise-grade and automotive-grade storage solutions. Meanwhile, Junwon has set up a sci-tech innovation center in the area to advance energy-efficient building technologies.

State-owned enterprises including Great Wall Construction, China Railway Construction Corporation, China State Construction Engineering Corporation, and CCCC Third Harbor Engineering have also settled there.

More enterprises are set to move to the area in the second half of this year. AMEC's 100,000-square-meter twin-tower headquarters building has completed construction and will serve as its global R&D and operations hub.

The R&D headquarters building of Primarius, a globally recognized electronic design automation company, has also been completed, while the arrival of smart driving chip leader Horizon Robotics is set to further strengthen the local integrated circuit industry chain.

The buildings of enterprises including Bestechnic, a specialist in the field of smart audio system-on-chip, and DAS-Security, a key player in the cybersecurity industry, are expected to be completed in the bay this year.
