Eligibility:

Sole proprietorship by a natural person: The one-person company must be, or intend to be, registered by a natural person aged 18 or above who serves as the sole shareholder/legal representative.

Separate supervisor requirement: The company must appoint a supervisor separate from the legal representative. 

Good credit: The legal representative and team members must have no records of dishonesty, serious legal violations, or regulatory breaches.
