Toward that end, the 2026 Lin-gang Conference on the Globalization of National Culture and Tourism Premium Projects was held on April 29, along with the launch of a Belt and Road cultural and tourism equipment trade service platform and a digital cultural and tourism equipment export base.

The technology arm of JD.com also signed the cooperation agreement to build a business-to-business cross-border trade service platform, live-streaming base for bonded cultural and tourism products, an AI + OPC international community, and an embodied intelligent robot data collection base in Lin-gang. This partnership aims to provide comprehensive solutions — covering the entire chain, various scenarios and a full stack — for the overseas expansion of cultural and tourism projects.

A dozen cultural and tourism projects from key areas, including cross-border trade in cultural and tourism equipment, digital cultural and tourism innovation, and the AI+OPC industry ecosystem, were released during the conference. These projects aim to explore potential cooperation with regions such as Central Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Moreover, representatives from Uzbekistan, Bulgaria, the Dominican Republic and seven other countries and regions participated in the event, sharing the opportunities and collaboration needs from their respective markets.
