A 21-episode AI animated series titled Come on, Youth! Struck Gold in Shanghai Lin-gang has recently been released online. The series showcases Lin-gang's innovation ecosystem and its appeal to young entrepreneurs through the story of a startup dream supported by favorable policies.

This series is the second installment in Lin-gang's "Young City for the Youth" collection. It adopts a production model that combines artificial intelligence generation with human refinement. The narrative follows a young protagonist who engages with the Lin-gang maker system to build a business with the help of local policies.

The series reflects a fresh, youth-oriented approach to promoting the city, highlighting Lin-gang's broader push into the digital culture sector.

At the end of 2025, Lin-gang introduced a policy package designed to support the development of digital cultural industries, which encourages the global expansion of online literature, dramas and games. In the first quarter of 2026, additional measures were implemented to foster the "One Person Company" economy, providing support for creators in digital animation and micro-dramas.

More than 10 short drama and overseas-oriented production teams have already established themselves in Lin-gang's sci-tech innovation communities.

By transforming physical landmarks such as Dishui Lake and the sci-tech innovation communities into symbolic "dream hubs", Lin-gang aims to attract more young people to pursue innovation and entrepreneurship.
