As part of the JCET Group, JSAC operates as a chip packaging and testing facility serving automotive electronics and robotics applications. The company focuses on the growing demand for vehicle electrification, intelligence and connectivity, building highly reliable and consistent automotive-grade chip manufacturing capabilities for key applications, including intelligent driving, vehicle control systems, and power and energy management.
While strengthening its automotive-grade packaging and testing capabilities, the project is also building the technical capacity to seamlessly support chip packaging and testing for robotics applications such as control and perception. This creates a new foundation for the coordinated development of automotive electronics and robotics chips, integrating deeply into Lin-gang's converged industrial ecosystem.
Lin-gang is a strategic choice for the project. The Oriental Chip Port in the area houses a full-chain IC cluster, providing automotive-grade and robotics chip packaging companies with comprehensive industrial support and opportunities for collaboration.
As the core hub of Lin-gang's effort to build a national-level IC industrial base, the Oriental Chip Port has attracted around 100 IC companies. In 2025, the area's large-scale IC industrial output exceeded 30 billion yuan ($4.36 billion), with industrial investment reaching nearly 30 billion yuan, reflecting continued growth in terms of both scale and momentum.
