Shanghai's Lin-gang Sci-tech Innovation City is emerging as a launchpad for entrepreneurs, offering a full ecosystem of talent support, industrial resources, and financial backing to turn startup dreams into reality.

As one of the leading sci-tech innovation communities in Lin-gang, Dishui Lake AI Innovation Harbor functions as both a business hub and a research and development powerhouse, offering tech enterprises comprehensive services from business incubation and startup support to talent policy coordination and daily living assistance.

The community acts as a testing ground for Lin-gang's innovation policies and a launchpad for young talent, highlighting the synergy between industrial empowerment and financial backing.

As artificial intelligence continues to evolve rapidly, the One Person Company (OPC) — a new entrepreneurial model centered on individual founders — has gained traction. The Zero Cube community was launched in response to this trend. In just six months, the community has attracted more than 150 startup teams.

Designed to support OPCs, the Zero Cube community offers a series of supportive policies. The community provides rent-free office space and accommodation, along with eight supportive measures such as business development subsidies and financing assistance. Dedicated startup stewards also offer one-stop services covering business registration, finance, and legal affairs.

Professional investment promotion team

In October 2024, a dedicated investment promotion company was established in Lin-gang. In the first eight months of 2025, the team has signed 177 projects and helped 205 projects get off the ground.

With projects such as China Telecom's intelligent computing center and Shanghai Hefu Holding (Group) Company Limited's robotics base taking shape, Lin-gang's innovation ecosystem continues to expand.
