Forty international and domestic students from Shanghai Ocean University recently participated in a field visit to the Dishui Lake IC Innovation Harbor, gaining an immersive experience of its science and technology community and international talent services.

The students learned about the area's key talent support programs, including the "Lin-gang youth hub" program, which features seven days of free transitional accommodation, tailored resettlement subsidies based on academic qualifications, rental discounts for entrepreneurs, and stipends for interns. Students were impressed by Lin-gang's thoughtful, comprehensive support from short-term stays to long-term career development.

Participants also engaged in discussions about the area's industrial planning, corporate needs, policy applications, and living facilities. Many students said that the area offers not only development opportunities but also a well-structured support framework.

The visit not only enriched the students' winter break but also offered them a firsthand glimpse of Lin-gang's practical support for young talent, with many expressing a desire to pursue future studies, work, and personal growth in the area.
