The series follows a female entrepreneur who builds her cross-border e-commerce business from scratch, supported by Lin-gang's comprehensive startup policies. Free office space, complimentary housing, and grants of up to 500,000 yuan ($71,655) after the company is established — all the incentives featured in the series reflect the real support Lin-gang provides to startup founders.
From industrial infrastructure to government services, and from talent-related policies to the ecological environment, Lin-gang's strengths are revealed throughout the narrative, giving viewers insight into the area's entrepreneurial appeal as they follow the drama.
Co-produced by the Lin-gang Special Area Administration and WebTVAsia — a leading Asian MCN setting up operations in Lin-gang last year — the series was completed in just over two weeks, from pre-production to release.
Such efficiency was made possible by strong support from both the administration and local enterprises. Lin-gang's rapid response and streamlined management structure, combined with its encouragement of innovation, allow projects like the drama series to move quickly from concept to production.
With the development of the Lin-gang sci-tech innovation city, attracting young talent has become a key priority. By producing the micro-drama series, Lin-gang seeks to reach younger audiences through relatable and modern narratives.
