The branch of the Lin-gang Innovation Park for Returned Scholars at the Shanghai Lingang Technology Innovation Center is drawing innovators from around the world. At the recent 2025 Lin-gang International Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exchange Conference, three companies signed agreements to join the branch.

The branch was established this May as a core platform in Lin-gang for overseas technological innovation projects and high-end international talent.

To date, it has attracted nearly 30 Chinese and foreign startups, engaging in industries such as artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, biomedicine, and advanced manufacturing. These industries align closely with Lin-gang's focus on high-tech and technological innovation.

To attract more companies, the branch offers complimentary business registration services and has established a talent service desk. From work visa processing to rent-free talent apartments, it provides targeted policy support and services directly to entrepreneurs.

Eve Denaye, one of the international entrepreneurs who signed agreements to join the branch, launched an educational technology company. The branch provided her company with a customized teaching space and connected her with quality educational resources in Lin-gang, helping the business grow quickly.

Moving forward, the branch will continue to enhance its support services, providing a more open platform for assisting global talent.
