Keynote speeches were delivered by Jiang Xiaojuan, a professor at the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Allen Yeung, chairman of the board of the International Data Industry Alliance. Jiang spoke about enhancing the internationalization of the data industry, while Yang addressed Shanghai-Hong Kong cooperation in advancing the international digital economy.

The Lin-gang Special Area Administration made a thematic presentation on its international data economy. Centered on international cooperation, database infrastructure, data economy, and applications, Lin-gang has established an "IDEA" framework.

Meanwhile, new industrial support policies are being drafted to make the international data industry a pillar of Lin-gang's economic growth.

To support young startups, the administration has collaborated with the Shanghai Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League of China, nine universities, and related developers and research institutions to launch the Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program in the International Data Industry.

During the conference, agreements on dozens of projects on international cooperation and data industry were signed, focusing on fields such as digital culture, cross-border livestreaming, and intelligent connected vehicles.
