The second Pakistan-China B2B Investment Conference was recently held in Beijing, attracting over 700 Chinese and Pakistani enterprises. The event aimed to enhance collaboration in industrial chains and technology, fostering bilateral business investment.

During the conference, the Shanghai Lin-gang International Data Industry Research Institute engaged in in-depth discussions with the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). Both sides signed cooperation agreements in areas such as digital rule alignment, digital talent cultivation, and digital scenario development.

The institute will leverage the Lin-gang Special Area International Data Economic Industrial Park to strengthen cooperation with Pakistan in smart cities and digital infrastructure, exporting Chinese digital technologies and business scenarios.

It will also promote skill training of AI and data services for Pakistani university graduates. Additionally, collaborating with Islamabad IT Tech Park, the institute aims to optimize the business environment, facilitate investment, attract top Pakistani firms to Lin-gang, and encourage Chinese digital companies to expand into Pakistan.

This collaboration marks a more substantive phase in data industry cooperation under the current China-Pakistan Economic Corridor, pioneering a new international cooperation model for the development of Lin-gang's international data industry.
