Lin-gang Special Area unveils map featuring green buildings and city walk routes
The Lin-gang Special Area in Shanghai unveiled a green building map and three green city walk routes on July 22 at the Lin-gang Special Area Sub-Forum of the Shanghai International Green Building Forum, encouraging people to embrace low-carbon travel and experience the green development of Lin-gang.
One of the routes featuring innovation will connect China's largest ultra-low energy consumption building, the Lingang Center, and the Mobius Science Park featuring optimized design using BIPV (building integrated photovoltaics).
Another highlight of the planned city walk routes features iconic buildings such as the Dishui Cloud Hall, the Shanghai Astronomy Museum, and the Ring of Glory, which is the dramatic centerpiece of the Dishui Lake Financial Bay. People can ascend the facility for a panoramic view of Dishui Lake.

Since its establishment, Lin-gang Special Area has been committed to green and low-carbon development, with a total of 35 million square meters of green buildings completed.
To promote the high-quality development of the engineering and construction industry, 15 enterprises jointly established the Lin-gang Special Area Go Global Alliance for Engineering and Construction at the forum to leverage the platform to foster industrial chain collaboration and address specific issues faced by enterprises in overseas markets.
