Since its establishment, the Lin-gang Special Area has seen its talent pool surpass 120,000 individuals. It has attracted over 500 high-level experts from various domestic and international backgrounds, with foreign and overseas talents accounting for over 50 percent of the total. The average annual growth rate in the number of talents introduced has reached an impressive 97.23 percent.
