Agibot, a company specializing in AI and robotics, is on the verge of launching its first commercial products onto the market and inaugurating the first mass-production facility for humanoid robots in Shanghai's Lin-gang Special Area in East China.

Founded in February 2023 in the special zone, the company has recently strengthened its strategic partnership with the local Lingang Group. 

This strategic move is expected to propel Agibot into commercial mass production, commencing with the initial phase at Shanghai Lin-gang Fengxian Industrial Park, where the first mass-production factory for humanoid robots will be established in the city.

Agibot has also formalized strategic cooperation agreements with Shanghai Airport (Group) Co Ltd's Big Data Center and China Telecom Shanghai's Industrial and Service Industry Department. 

Additionally, subsidiaries of the Lingang Group have expressed their intention to procure robotic products from Agibot. 

These collaborations are designed to pave the way for the maturing and commercialization of Agibot's humanoid robots – particularly within sectors like auto manufacturing, 3C manufacturing and logistics.

Agibot's plans revolve around concentrating on the next generation of products to meet industrial and commercial demand. 

The company has concluded significant rounds of financing and is gearing up for further investment. 

With robust support from the Lingang Group, Agibot aims to achieve localized research, manufacturing and applications.

As the robotics industry gains traction within the Lin-gang Special Area, the region's copious application scenarios and business requisites are said to position it advantageously within the robotics landscape.
