The new offshore science and technology innovation station was inaugurated in the Lin-gang Special Area in East China's Shanghai on Jan 26, accompanied by the establishment of the Shanghai Science and Technology Legal Alliance.

The station represents a special model that integrates offshore incubations, international capital and overseas talent to catalyze innovation.

Six notable companies – including Shanghai Yisan Information Technology Co Ltd and Shanghai Rushen Robot Co Ltd – have already joined the station.

The Lin-gang science and technology entrepreneurship center, serving as the first national technology enterprise incubator in Lin-gang, is set to provide comprehensive support for startups, including policy assistance and financial backing.

What's more, the center aims to guide and promote startup growth through policy support, innovation space construction and financial assistance – constructing an innovative ecosystem that encompasses market participants, industry resources and various mechanisms.

The science and technology innovation station is expected to increase support for the development of innovation in hardware and software, daily operating expenses, talent policies and corresponding industrial and technological policy rewards.

Simultaneously, the launch of the Shanghai Science and Technology Legal Alliance aims to offer crucial legal support tailored to the needs of technology enterprises.
