Designed as a global digital infrastructure hub, the project will integrate an international communication gateway, a national big data center, and Tianyi Cloud's core nodes. Its carbon-neutral design emphasizes renewable energy utilization and intelligent management systems.

The center will deliver petascale computing power to support AI model training and industrial innovation, lowering digital transformation barriers for small and medium-sized enterprises while providing stable infrastructure for tech giants.

Leveraging Lin-gang's cross-border data flow pilot policies, the project aims to upgrade international cloud computing services. This will attract data processing, model export, and cross-border service firms, fostering a world-class digital ecosystem.

Scheduled for completion in phases, the development aligns with China's national strategy to strengthen digital economy foundations and global technological competitiveness.
