The brand of the industrial park "Zhangjiang Sci-Tech Port" was inaugurated in the Lin-gang Special Area by the Shanghai Zhangjiang Lin-gang Investment and Development Co Ltd on Sept 20.

During the ceremony, seven companies signed agreements with the Zhangjiang Lin-gang to set up operations in the park. With an investment totaling 450 million yuan ($63.76 million), the companies will carry out projects in four major sectors: integrated circuits, high-end equipment, new materials and new energy.

As an important part of Zhangjiang Group, Zhangjiang Lin-gang is responsible for the development, construction, and investment promotion of the comprehensive pioneering zone in the Lin-gang Special Area, and is also committed to exploring industry-city integration. This year, Xingyun Plaza, as the first commercial complex project in the comprehensive pioneering zone, has been officially completed and is ready to be put into operation.

The total construction area of ​​Xingyun Plaza exceeds 38,000 square meters, consisting of a six-story hotel and three commercial buildings. The hotel construction area is about 12,000 sq m, while the commercial construction area is about 14,000 sq m. The plaza was completed on Feb 29, 2024.

The plaza has already launched investment attraction work. In the future, it will provide one-stop services and more complete supporting facilities for employees within the pioneering zone, further enhancing the business environment of the industrial space.
