Shanghai Arbitration Commission recently signed cooperation agreements with the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Lin-gang Special Area Administration and the Lin-gang Special Area Legal Service Center to set up shops in Lin-gang Special Area in Shanghai.

An international arbitration center and a Shanghai International Shipping Arbitration Court itinerant studio were then established in the Lin-gang Special Area Legal Service Center.

According to the agreements, the Shanghai Arbitration Commission will form a professional mediation and arbitration expert team in Lin-gang, support the construction of a one-stop center for dispute resolution and organize legal forums and seminars from time to time.

The Lin-gang Special Area Administration and the Lin-gang Special Area Legal Service Center will provide support in talent security, office housing, and special awards, among other areas.
