With the advantages of a cluster of world-class enterprises, innovative policies and systems as well as open application scenarios, the Lin-gang Special Area – located in East China's Shanghai – has gathered a number of AI enterprises including autonomous driving, intelligent terminals, AI chips and data services.

Well-known entrepreneurs and experts were invited to share their insights and advice about the AI industry to coincide with the start of operations of the Dishui Lake AI Innovation Hub, which is expected to accelerate the development of the AI industry in the Lin-gang Special Area.

The rapid growth and increasing innovation of the Lin-gang Special Area reminds me of Austin, a major semiconductor town across the ocean. I'm very optimistic about Lin-gang's future.

Formerly known as Baidu Intelligent Ship and Architecture Department, Kunlunxin Technology has been working on AI for over 10 years.

Now we have achieved and applied mass production of two generations of Kunxinxin general AI computing processors, which had won many renowned awards.

The digital transformation of all industries is inseparable from AI support, and we have solved the problem of computing power to make production more efficient.

For example, intelligent factories equipped with our products can handle all processes in a mere 480 milliseconds and the rate of missed inspection is controlled within 0.1 percent.

Lin-gang has formed a cluster of leading industries such as integrated circuits, biomedicine and intelligent new energy vehicles, which are also core business directions that we are vigorously developing.

China's semiconductor technology has developed a lot. We hope to contribute further and make more impossible things possible.
