Shanghai Heartech Medical Scientific Co Ltd signed up on March 14 to settle in the Lingang Life Science & Tech Park, a biomedical park in the Lin-gang Special Area, in East China's Shanghai city.

Heartech Medical focuses on the research and development of heart failure instruments. Its project in Lin-gang is expected to place an emphasis on left ventricular occlusion and related products.

Compared with costly foreign counterparts, the company's products are priced much lower, reducing the economic burden on customers. Looking forwards, Heartech Medical said it is bullish about prospects for its business through close cooperation with Lin-gang in the biomedical sector.
