The Lin-gang Special Area Administration and Shanghai Lingang Economic Development (Group) Co Ltd, namely Lingang Group, signed a cooperation agreement to build talent service stations in Lin-gang Special Area of Shanghai on Dec 1 in order to provide better support for talented workers in the area.

The stations will be set up at Oriental IC Port, Lingang Life Science & Tech Park, Large Aircraft Industrial Park, Yangshan Free Trade Zone, Dishui Lake Financial Bay and the "Information Flying Fish" global digital economy innovation island.

An alliance has also been established for talents working in parks under the Lingang Group. A human resources service center was also unveiled.

In addition, Lingang Group signed strategic cooperation agreements with 28 human resources service providers covering talent recruitment, agency outsourcing, training and development, health care, insurance services, children's education and other fields to offer accurate and high-quality services for enterprises and talents in its parks.

The Lin-gang Special Area is said to have attracted nearly 17,600 talented workers this year, up 77.5 percent year-on-year.
