The Lin-gang Special Area in East China's Shanghai is taking center stage as the primary venue for the 2024 Shanghai International Flower Show, running from April 18 to May 22.

The event, held in the sprawling 320-hectare lakeside ecological space of the city's central district, features a breathtaking array of spring blooms and autumn hues.

The main venue at the Lin-gang Special Area showcases five themed areas – the Lin-gang Center, the WLA Science Community Park, the 80-meter lakeside belt around Dishi Lake, the southern island of Dishi Lake and the China Maritime Museum.

Additionally, the event includes a themed forum, two specialized exhibitions, two themed markets and over 10 complementary activities – promising a vibrant and immersive experience for visitors.
