The International Data Economy Industrial Park promotions conference – held in the city of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil on April 15 – unveiled the new International Data Cooperation Exchange Workstation Brazil Station.

It aims to boost collaboration between Brazil and the Lin-gang Special Area, located in East China's Shanghai.

During the conference, Shanghai Lingang Economic Development (Group) Co Ltd, or the Lingang Group, signed a cooperation agreement with Banco BOCOM BBM for long-term collaboration in cross-border financial services.

Representatives from the International Data Economy Industrial Park also inked a memorandum of cooperation with the China-Brazil Innovation Economic Research Institute, to boost collaboration in the data economy sector.
